Summer came back for a brief visit yesterday then Fall kicked him out by evening. It’s about 40 degrees and the wind is a blowing. I love Fall. I love the change of temperature, the wind, the leaves-that is when they don’t blow into my yard. It’s just such a change from the same old, same old of Summer.

I treated myself yesterday and read for a good portion of it. I just sat on the couch with Mr. B and we both snuggled. He slept and I read. It was really quite peaceful. Then I watched back to back episodes of Clean House-I’m kind of addicted to that show. It provides wonderful mindless entertainment.

I plotted out enough of my WIP to start producing words. I now have at least a good direction of where to take the characters so watch the word meter. I always start out so simple but inevitably it ends up way more complex than I had intended it to be. But I always seem to have to take things to the next level and I’m glad I did because now I’m more excited than ever to get it written.

Well now it’s off to get ready for work and it’s going to be a hectic week in the office with lots and lots to do. Which means I’ll be writing in the mornings and then posting my progress. Happy Monday.
