2008Sailing, sailing, over the bounty waves… Yippee-Ki-Yay I’m going on a cruise next month. I’m so excited. It came up at the last minute, the price was right, and the folks and I agreed celebrating Christmas early was no problem. We don’t exchange gifts and haven’t for several years. Especially since it’s all about seeing and enjoying each other’s company. And the best part is I have a room with a balcony. Looks like we’ll be heading out of MCO and going to Mexico, Cayman’s, and Jamaica mon’. I’m so overdue for an escape! So to get in the spirit of things, I looked through some photos of past cruises and found these awesome pics of an excursion I’d taken in St. Lucia. I thought I’d share so enjoy!

Glad to hear that you’re finally going to be able to get a break in the action at work and have some time to play! You certainly DO deserve it!
How did you snag the balcony room??? I haven’t been on too many cruises (maybe 2…?) but I always thought the balcony rooms were the cat-bird seats of the house. Could there be anything better than having a fufu drink at sunset on your own balcony while the ship is sailing to your next exotic port? I’M SO JEALOUS!!!
